GoWebman Service Level Agreement (SLA) provides
TOP customer service and support through our Network
Operations Center and offers better guarantees
of flexibility, reliability and performance over
the Internet. We can guarantee these levels of
reliability and performance because we connect
to and leverage the major backbone providers and
use not just one sigle Tier-1 Provider but more
than 9 Network Providers with routing technology
and performance to select a superior path to deliver
your traffic.
GoWebman's SLA guarantees packet delivery to
the Internet over all the major IP backbones.
We proactively monitor, notify and credit your
account if there is an infraction. If a qualifying
service outage lasts longer than 30 minutes, we'll
also credit your monthly bill. And our network
is just as good as our response times. Our SLA
is another demonstration of our commitment to
a robust performance and trust with each individual
customer of any size.

Service Availability*
If your service is down for more than 30 consecutive
minutes for reasons other than scheduled maintenance
or local loop, you will receive a credit on your
monthly invoice.
Network Availability over the Internet
GoWebman guarantees 100% network availability
over the Internet within the continental United
States and between the United States and Europe.
Additionally, GoWebman guarantees 99.5% network
availability between the United States and Japan
and between Europe and Japan.
Network availability over the Internet will be
calculated by averaging measurements between points
located in various represented geographies during
a one-month period. If the network availability
over our chosen routes falls below our guaranteed
levels, all eligible customers will receive 5%
of credit for the affected service on their next
monthly invoice.
Latency over the Internet
GoWebman guarantees that the average monthly latency
for round-trip transmissions will be 45 milliseconds
or less within the continental United States,
115 milliseconds or less between the United States
and Europe, 150 millisecond or less between the
United States and Japan and 325 milliseconds or
less between Europe and Japan. Latency is calculated
by averaging measurements between various points
on the GoWebman network over a one month period.
If the average monthly latency exceeds our guarantee,
all eligible customers will receive 5% of credit
for the affected service on their next monthly
invoice.
Packet Loss over the Internet
GoWebman guarantees less than 0.3% average packet
loss over the Internet within the continental
United States, less than 1% between the United
States and Europe as well as the United States
and Japan. Packet Loss is calculated by averaging
measurements between various points on the GoWebman
network during a one-month period. If our average
packet loss is more than 0.3% in the US over a
month period all eligible customers will receive
5% of credit for the affected service on their
next monthly invoice.
Install Intervals
GoWebman guarantees that the installation of dedicated
servers is done in less than 24-Hours and in most
cases servers will be ready installed waiting
for activation, Colocation and Ethernet connectivity
will be completed within 48-Hours of order acceptance,approval.
We also guarantee that Virtual Hosting customers
will be installed and ready to go within a few hours of order acceptance and approval.
DNS Services
GoWebman guarantees its high-availability DNS
service will always be available. Any measurable
interruption in DNS service will result in a credit
on the entire monthly DNS charge. And unlike any
other provider, any interruption in excess of
30 minutes will result in credits against IP services.
Colocation (space, power, environmental's)
GoWebman offers highly competitive SLAs for colocation
covering power, environment and security, offering
credits up to 1 day for violations of stated service
levels.
Hardware replacement within 24 Hours or less
GoWebman guarantees the functioning of all hardware
components 100% of the time and will replace any
failed component at no cost to dedicated or Virtual
customers within 24 hours or less. 24-Hours replacement
means less downtime and less downtime means less
interruption of service, which will lead to more
uptime for your site or services.
24/7/365 Data Center stuffed
GoWebman guarantees that with in our data center's
will always be personnel available to take any
necessary action in case of server or network
problem, we also provide to all our co-location
customers SmartsHands 24/7 available, reboots
will in most cases take just a few minutes to complete
this means less downtime and less interruption
